Custom type detail

An illustration for Dan Cassaro‘s State Mottos Project. Washington state icons depicted include a banana slug, the Kennewick man, logging, Mt. St. Helens, and a Walla Walla sweet onion. The state motto (“By and By”) is tucked in there too. Twice.

A mini-identity for GrowNYC’s 2010 Grains Week, a week-long program of classes, events and meals (including a pancake breakfast for hundreds!). Design needs included a type treatment, signage, and printed materials.

An informational card to assist customers of all ages and language-proficiencies in shopping at the Greenmarket with their EBT/Food Stamp card. Created in 2008, now printed in 8 languages.
